Warranty & Licensing
Work we stand behind, in writing.
Solterra is a licensed, bonded and insured Arizona contractor, ROC 359628. Here is how we back the hardscape and outdoor living we build.
Licensed, bonded and insured
Solterra Hardscape is a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC 359628, and every project we build is fully licensed, bonded and insured. That protects you on the work itself and gives you real recourse, which many unlicensed installers in the Valley cannot offer. We have built hardscape and outdoor living across the Phoenix metro since 2012.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind the part of the job that matters most in the desert: the base preparation, grading and installation underneath your patio, wall or turf. That is where hardscape succeeds or fails in Arizona soil, so we build it correctly and back our workmanship. The specific coverage and term for your project are spelled out in your written contract before we begin, so you know exactly what is covered.
Manufacturer warranties on materials
The pavers, travertine, turf, and other materials we install carry their own manufacturer warranties against defects, which we pass through to you. We install products rated for full Arizona sun and heat, and we are happy to walk you through the material warranties for the specific products in your design during the estimate.
If something needs attention
If an issue ever comes up that falls under your workmanship warranty, contact us and we will make it right per the terms of your contract. Because we build every project in-house under one accountable team, there is no finger-pointing between subcontractors. You have one company that designed it, built it, and stands behind it.
